Valencia
is a new town developed by The Newhall Land and Farming Company over the
past 36 years. Partly located within the City of Santa Clarita,
Valencia occupies a portion of the 36,000 acre Newhall Ranch. Nestled in
dramatic mountain ranges, Valencia has approximately 42,000 residents
and 42,000 jobs. |

| Stevenson Ranch Nestled
in the foothills of the Santa Susanna Mountains in the Santa Clarita
Valley, Stevenson Ranch is a master planned community that encompasses
4,000 acres, yet it retains a calmer, quieter character in a location
that's close to everything, but removed from the city's hustle and

| Newhall Founded in
1876
Newhall is the oldest and most historic area in Santa Clarita. It was
originally a oil, mining and farming community which has grown to
include family homes, senior housing complexes and the Master's College.
The historical flavor of Newhall comes to life at Wm. S. Hart Museum
located in Hart Park. Here you can re-visit the Old Saugus Depot and
Train station (relocated) from Saugus to Newhall. The annual Cowboy
Poetry and Music Festival takes place at the historic Melody Western
Film Ranch, It's fun for everyone. |

| Saugus A small
community which was originally a Southern Pacific railroad stop. Saugus
now is home to the Saugus Speedway and Swap meet, Castaic Lake Water
Agency and the new City Central Park. Popular rolling hills and
picturesque canyons has a growing population. Saugus is a great place to
live with nationally acclaimed schools, a large Metrolink Station and

| Canyon Country Laced
with equestrian ranches and large estate homes Canyon Country is a place
to call home. Residents have access to shopping, entertainment,
Metrolink train depot and a new library is set to open late 2001.
Beautiful and rural Canyon Country is home to the new championship golf
course Robinson Ranch designed by the famed Jim Robinson and son golf
architect/landscape team. Canyon Country has a style all its own. |
